Agricultural products are mainly characterized by: complexity. Thousands of part numbers, from washers up to 1000l tanks, a 1ton wheel ballast or over 6m long pipes, are usually required: in small quantities, with extreme seasonality, tight delivery dates and the highest demands on product quality - considering permanent design changes. And often the knowledge about manufacturing, assembly and logistic processes is mainly present in the minds of the highly qualified employees.

Redevelopment and re-planning of agricultural productions and logistic systems is accordingly demanding ... Therefore, our sector knowledge is a huge benefit. Starting point of the TriAhead production and logistics planning is always the understanding of the respective agricultural product and its design structure, model range, specifications and quality requirements. At the same time, forecasts are made in cooperation with the customer about future product developments, production volumes, sales markets, development trends, etc. - because tomorrow's agricultural production plants must be modular, versatile, flexible in terms of product range and energy-efficiency.

Together with the in-house planners and workers, the process is designed, cycle times and quantities are set, pre-assemblies defined and precedence graphs created - with focus on the added value and simultaneous integration of logistics processes ... and of course the consideration of the surrounding IT systems. This creates connections, not interfaces.
